    Uh...what?

You may not be happy with the conidtion of your inards, but the condition of your outards hasn't changed much since you met The Wife.

Some of us have known you too long to let you lay that blame anywhere near her feet.

    Thanks for the links though!

Hey! Thanks for the "shout-out!" I'm proud of you for "gouging the eye out" that is causing you to lose self-control in your eating and drinking. It's very hard to change how we eat, I think, because food is such a huge part of our lives. You won't regret this, though. Changing our diet has helped in every area of our lives, so now that we've started seeing the fruits of eating healthier, it has gotten easier and easier when temptations come along. We'll pray for you guys!!

Does your new diet preclude you from eating more than one steak per sitting?

    'Oh! He can eat!'

It's nice to know I have such good friends. The kind of friends that aren't scared to call you fat to your face.

Man, I wasn't calling you fat. I was just implying that you can eat lots of steak.

By the way, we're having canned pumpkin and sardines for dinner tonight if you want to come over.

Throw in a steak and I'll be there

    I was calling you fat.

But I can do that, because I'm fat too.
